For pushrod you can use carbon fiber rod 2/1 mm and music wire 1mm.
STL files includes in this download for a complete RC-plane. Printer settings depend on the printer. The settings I use may need to be adjusted to your requirements. Here Simplify 3D as slicers is used.
These settings apply with some exceptions. Cowl uses 2 Outline/Perimeter. Landing Gear uses 4 Outline/Perimeter and 50% infill. Motor Mount1 uses 2 Outline/Perimeter and 70% infill, Motor Mount2 uses 2 Outline/Perimeter and 25% infill. Rudder-horn and Wing-lock pc, Servo-box uses 2 Outline/Perimeter and 100% infill.
Wing:
The wing, right and left consists of 6 sections plus end cap. The wing is in fact not really symmetrical so be sure to mount it correctly. On the underside of the sections there is a mark "L" and "R" to help.
The wing is fitted with carbon fiber tubes 8 mm as reinforcement.
Tips: If needed, clear holes with a drill.

You can choose to mount one or two wing locks on each side. Just glue the bottom surface.

The body consists of 16 sections. The body can be mounted with carbon fiber tubes 8 mm as reinforcement. However, this is a free choice as the strength is good without carbon fiber tubes.
Body Sections:
Remove marked surfaces with, for example, a hot knife or a soldering iron.
Fastener for Canopy:
Just glue the inside surface.
Mont Canopy:
Carbon fiber tubes 6 mm and 8 mm, Length 320 mm are mounted as attachments for wings.
Cut out the support surface and fit servo plate.
Canopy mount: 2 pieces 4 mm carbon fiber tube that holds the cnopy in place.
Mont: Rudder, Stabilizer, Elevator.

This is an awesome model design you have made. Can you recommend servo, motor, ESC, and Propeller size for this plane? I have started printing the plane and it is turning out very well so far. I'm looking forward to getting it completed.
Christer Cool design. I started printing with Ender 3d pro and Cura, May 2021. STLs don't always load in correct orientation and found Supports are needed in some of the printing. I will continue to Print. any support tips would be greatly appreciated.
