The idea behind the Honk was a model in agricultural aviation optics with a good span of one meter.
It should be able to fly with a standard equipment, since this is usually somehow present, so with a motor around 80 grams (g) weight, a 3s LiPo with about 2,200 milliamp hours (mAh) capacity and popular 9-g servos. The goal was also a weight of well below 1,000 g. I wrote in the specification sheet that Honk should be able to pull up to 500 g of weight for F-tow gliders.
