As I have had many requests, I’m selling my plans for my md80 depron airliner, the wing is held with magnets for easy lipo changing,
it is powered by two 40 mm brushless edfs, two 20 amp speed BL controllers, powered by 3 cell turnigy lipo.
It requires 5 servos, one for ailerons, 1 for elevator, 1 for rudder and steering, and 2 for the retracts if fitting them
It is 1129mm long, with a 841mm wingspan it weighs 300g without lipo,
It is a simple design to build, fuselage is made from 6mm depron with 3mm sheeting, the wing is 3mm depron with balsa spars.

1x 6mm sheet of depron
3x 3mm sheets of depron
1x 300mm x 200mm sheet of lite ply
1 x sheet of 1/8" (3mm) balsa
3 x push snakes
1x 2mm carbon rod
2x 40mm edfs
2x 20a speed controllers
3x gws blue retracts (optional)
3x minimum 9g servos/ 5 with retracts
8x 6 x 3mm magnets for the wing retention,
You will receive pdf, dwg and dxf so you can print the plans and have parts cnc/laser cut.

This technique of 3D printing the wing ribs to hold a true aerofoil shape worked out super well! Combined with foam sheets, packing tape and the lightweight wooden spar, it performs amazingly well!
