3D Printed RC P-38 Lightning Maiden Flight

This video busts 2 myths- The outside temperature was 32C and the plane didn`t warp or melt, and the props turn the same direction without a performance or handling penalty.

Apologies because the camera didn`t have it`s SD card. I gathered all the phone videos and patched them together.

+Printed with PLA except motor mounts which are ABS.
+Empty airframe weight = 445 grams
+All up weight = 2480 grams
+Static thrust = 4400 grams
+ 2 Quanum 4108 700kV motors w/ 60 Amp Turnigy Plush ESC`s & 11x9 props w/ 6S 4400 mAh battery (2x3S in series)
+ Battery endurance, 50% power is 9:00, and100% power is 2:20
+ radar speeds are Km/H, approach speed is 52 Km/h
+ It took a long time to print the parts (+100 hours)
+ Adhesives are Loctite #401 CA and dichloromethane.
+ AS3X stabilization was NOT enabled for these 2 flights
