Su-57 is a 5th generation Russian aircraft PAK FA (Advanced Frontline Aviation Complex).
The aircraft model is made from the ceiling. The wing is not flat, but has a half-symmetrical profile. Inside the wing there are two pine spars that form a rigid triangle. This allows the model to fly with large overloads.
The cross section of the fuselage is made in the form of a square for simplicity. The inside corners are reinforced with 4x4 pine slats. The nose fairing is made of EPP for safety, but you can also use a regular coke with a diameter of 45 mm.The battery compartment is located in the bow and is closed by a hatch with a pilot lamp made of legansan. The receiver is located in the garrot, there is also installed a servo rudder. It can also be hidden inside the fuselage between the keels. Elevon servos are located on the walls of the air intakes.
I thought about landing devices for a long time. I did not want to put the landing gear, since the start usually goes with the hand, and in the air they greatly slow down the flight. But landing on the belly greatly scratches the model. The solution was two short crutches-skis under the fuselage of EPP dressed in legansan. The propeller for a year of operation has never suffered.
